MAINTENANCE TIP 4
BLANKETS ARE REQUIRED.
The hot side of your turbochargers operate at temperatures well in excess of 1600 degrees.
Radiant heat from a turbo can ruin surrounding parts and structures.  Look closely at your motor mounts, cables, hoses and vibration isolators for signs of heat damage, and/or sagging. Look for carbon "smoking" near the mating surfaces. Replace any worn gaskets and clean area thouroughly so the next occurance is easily picked up.
